Michael Weinstein is the best lawyer in south FL. I was originally arrested with charges of attempted murder but nothing is impossible for Michael. After a year and a half my case has been dismissed. Thank you Michael Weinstein!

I came to Michael a few years ago after using 2 other criminal attorneys whom both did a terrible job at resolving my boyfriend’s criminal issues. Both were unable to get him out of jail. Michael is amazing and worth every cent! I still remember watching him go to work in that court room and it was wonderful! Definitely memorable, I recommend him to all my friends and family when ever they are going through difficult times. Don’t settle for less go to Michael.

His law firm is a complete joke he will take your money have his assistant Kristina answer the phone and lie for him and act like they are going to do so much for your case but literally do nothing but agree with whatever the state says. I was told I was disrespectful for calling his office before they heard back from the state. His assistant laughed at my boyfriends case and said there’s nothing they can do about it.
