I had an initial phone consultation with Mr. Schmitt. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Michael was patient but most importantly, he was knowledgeable. After speaking with him, I felt confident that he could effectively represent my best interests. I was very happy and satisfied with the guidance he provided in our brief consultation. Didn’t take what I said seriously, cut me off multiple times while I was speaking. Seriously unprofessional.
Earlier this month, I tried to get an appointment for a consultation with Mr. Schmitt. Left a message & gave my information to his paralegal/secretary to have him call me back to set up an appointment. I waited 3 days before calling again, getting an answering system an additional 4 times with the same result - NO ANSWER, NO RETURN CALL. A courtesy call (even from his office) to say he was not available would have been sufficiently professional.
