Horrible in every single aspect. I could not give a lower review. Ensured I was 100% not to blame, I was encouraged to file a case, ensured I was not at fault. However, the very next day, I was phoned by his paralegal & chastised, blamed for the entirety of the disaster, for a reason so completely absurd, & told I needed to come in & pay a $140 fee.
