Mr. Chang offered excellent services and walked me thru the apostille process with a clear explanation. I would def recommend him to everyone who needs their documents notarized.

Even though he wasn’t in his office at the time, he came all the way there just to help me. When he heard it was my first time using his service, he didn’t even charge me.
