This guy is a joke and he calls himself chinesenotary.ca on his email, when his mandarin is sub par level. I've been in the real estate industry as a Realtor for many years and have witnessed better notary services at reasonable prices. He had to come to my brokerage office in Richmond to meet my client, because he shut down his Richmond office location. He had no office assistant and did all on his own.
