This is the worse customer service ever. I have been going to him for 3 years and he messed up on my taxes this year. Not only is he not returning my call to correct it, he's avoiding sending any updates of any kind. I've call no less than 30 times and he only sent me one update via email only for me to find out two months later that they were rejected, again. I had to call another 10 times for me to find that out. It has been four months and I still have zero update on my taxes and no refund.
