Unfortunate I have been coming here since I was 17 to have the service completely change. Michael will let You know where you stand and if your a priority or not. I will definitely be going elsewhere for tax season. I would not recommend coming here Buyer be very aware of the service you pay for. It's not that they take their time it's that their overwhelmed with work load.
