I hired Michael Byrne for a administrative hearing case. He told me in order to keep cost down if I would sign a non-refundable contact he could save time accounting every event. The money would not actually be not-refundable but the for rules of the NC BAR he would have much less paperwork. So I had a good feeling about him and signed.
