The whole process of buying a house can be daunting with how many tasks need to be done all at once. I can say my process moved exceptionally fast so it didn't leave Mike and his team much time to pull things together. Despite the truncated timeline everything was handled beyond expectations. I would recommend Mike in a heartbeat! He saved us thousands of dollars on closing costs and was phenomenal to work with from the beginning! Our original team had hidden fees everywhere that Mike was quick to point out when i contacted him. He was also readily available and even showed up for our closing! On top of that his team made the process so easy with videos and explanations along the way. We will always be grateful for what they did for us!

Qhen i bought my house a few years ago over all everything done it boiled down to. Working with Michael was flawless!!!! Even during the change over to CMG everything was absolutely wonderful 10/10 would recommend

Michael Bower's team were phenomenal in handling our mortgage! From the first interaction they answered all our questions and concerns and kept us informed all along the process letting us know where things stood. Not once did we need to ask about the status. They had a couple of questions about certain details about our finances which is normal and were super-fast and reasonable the entire time. This could not have gone any smoother! Highly recommended! 5 Stars to the entire team!
