I worked with Marty Witzburg, when Newrez was Caliber Home Loans. There was poor follow up. Marty did not consider my needs. As closing came nearer things began to change which could have been foreseen and informed to me as we were in the closing process. I have closed. Love my home but will be very diligent in selecting a loan office to work with again.
After switching to new res all my mortgage interactions have been really smooth and straightforward. While securing my loan how many dots are there-Susanne went out if her way to make sure I understood what was going on, and corralled all involved parties to get us closed in a timely fashion. She kept me from losing it during all the stress and confusion, and was available at almost every occasion!
