Michael was fair, patient, insightful and gentle during a very emotional experience. He helped us through difficult decisions and led us to compromises I didn’t know existed. He also shed light on consequences if certain choices were chosen. He truly looked out for both our interests but I feel as if he always put the children first. I would refer him to anyone who is facing a divorce.
Obviously a mediation isn't the ideal of situations for people but Mike made the process extremely easy. Couldn't have been happier with our choice of mediators. I joked that I would use Mike for my next divorce as well :)
