AVOID AT ALL COSTS! There are tons of competent tax filing services in the area.. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM. This tax filing service provided absolutely zero communication. None. They kept saying they would call for a consultation/conversation, but I heard nothing. The preparer knew I would owe taxes (something I’ve actually never experienced before) and extended our filing to October without informing us that we’d incur penalties on the balance.
