They were working on our 2024 LLC taxes and his assistant had one question for us which could have been -easily- handled BUT the assistant called us ONCE and didn't leave a mssg and that was it. No email, no text, not even a 2nd call, admitted by the assistant. After turning in our taxes, we didn't hear from them for 2 weeks and then we were out of the country for another 3+ weeks. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! There are tons of competent tax filing services in the area.. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM. This tax filing service provided absolutely zero communication. None. They kept saying they would call for a consultation/conversation, but I heard nothing. The preparer knew I would owe taxes (something I’ve actually never experienced before) and extended our filing to October without informing us that we’d incur penalties on the balance.
