My self and family went here for many years until one of there representatives obviously didn’t understand all the tax codes at the time filled my tax’s wrong cost me thousands of dollars and years of problems with the IRS. Just “some guy my family knows” has been doing my taxes for the last 5-6 years. I’ve never met him, maybe talked on the phone a couple times, but there has never really been much of a value for his services. I’d send him my documents and then I’d get my return a few weeks later.
