Used them for a couple of years. Every year filing was late. Last year we gave them the papers in January and they weren't filed until August. We paid late fees. Strike one. Then we get surprise invoice late last year because they filed additional papers for us without informing us. It turns out, what they filed wasn't necessary. Strike two.
