The bicycle I purchased from this company via Walmart arrived with several missing parts and a bent fork.
I purchased an E bike through Micargi vendor and experienced an issue with my bicycle motor. I arranged an appointment to see a customer service representative by the name of Cameron at the Micargi office. The team at Micargi conducted an evaluation and took care of the problem without hesitation. I highly recommend the company, the product and The customer service team at Micargi. They will take good care of you.
I called this company in California form NY at 4:55 and had a lot of questions about my husband’s new bike. I was lucky enough to speak with Carmen who was so accommodating and helped us to find the parts on another site. Finding a working phone number to speak to someone about online orders is impossible. but a very nice man called me after sending a couple of emails. very friendly and knowledageable.
