Tl;dr- do not recommend Did we get scammed? It really feels like we got scammed when we "hired" Micah to photograph the birth of our second daughter. It's not like we can reschedule that if she misses it, which is exactly what happened. She should not be offering her photography services if she cannot fulfill client contracts. What started off as a good working relationship where we were incredibly happy with Micah’s work unfortunately devolved into such an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. Micah is ridiculously talented. Her ability to capture organic, authentic moments on film - photographs and video - is unparalleled. She is also incredibly warm and puts folks at ease immediately.
