Love coming to Mia’s Mirror! It honestly reminds me of the old Charming Charlie’s days, and if you know, you know. The store is full of cute accessories, fun gifts, stylish shoes, and all kinds of seasonal finds. Everything is very affordable, which makes it hard to leave without buying something. I was just in and Lyndsey waited on me. I’m never really sure about what I should get or what goes with what and usually people just get frustrated with me. Not Lyndsey!! She was so patient and kind! She was so helpful! She made my shopping trip easy and I got so many amazing things!! Thank you!! I will be buying from her on a regular basis!
Will be leaving a detailed review soon. The young man with the long nails was very rude, unwelcoming, and unprofessional. He lacks basic people skills as well as basic customer service skills. Very embarrassing and bad representation of HEB, and this little shop. The store also need to be more clear on their return policies and if something is a final sale, the customer paying for that item should be told this before the transaction occurs.
