Horrible. They do not pay their bills and instead ignore the responsibility.
She messed up my 2016. I got penalized by IRS because she didn't file it electronically. She then said it was the system during that time. I stayed positive and used her once again. I noticed she messed up the 2018. After emailing her, calling her many times to get answers, I just gave up as I got no response from her. She used to be great. I hate to leave bad reviews, but maybe this way she'll improve her service. The past few years she says she's gotten so much new business. Unfortunately we had very bad experience with her. For the last two years we’ve been audited because all the deductions that were made that either we didn’t qualify for or were over the limit. This caused red flags with IRS and we were audited for the last two years. Had to get a tax attorney and he stated that our CPA “stretched the truth.”
