The people come off very nice and good people. That said when it comes to actually helping with any mediation connections or referrals. Keep in mind they are not lawyer's and they can not represent you in court. They can only help with mediation or maybe a referral. Basically a waste of tax dollars and you're time if you are in trouble and need help quickly. Your only option if you are past mediation is Court.
