We arrived at 7:00 PM and the apartment managed by Miami TCS was completely uncleaned and trashed. This was especially concerning since we were traveling with two young children. There was visible filth throughout the unit, including used underwear left on the bed. After multiple calls, cleaners arrived around 9:00 PM, but the cleaning was rushed and unprofessional.
