The worst client service ever. They charge $10-$20 more than agreed before on additional services like meeting at the airport. Charged $20 for cleaning, although the car was not too dirty, just standard cleaning. Keeping deposit for more that a week for no reason. Not even pick up the phone while holding deposit.
I rented car several times here. Everything was fine. Company offers the wide choice of cars. It’s very convenient that they provide pickup and drop off at the airport. I normally don't go out of my way to review a business, but i should have know better after i saw the aspect of this location, but i was on vacation with my guard down, to make my story short, i will not recommend to any tourist to rent a car at this location, so many thing when wrong to the point this people ruin my 7 days vacation.
