Travis refuses to answer any communication. Filed our taxes late. Asked multiple questions that had already been answered (documentation was sent to him). So I’m assuming he did not look at what I emailed. The information he gave to me does not pull anything from the irs website when trying to check the refund status. Completely frustrating situation to deal with.
