I had a great experience today at this clinic. Office was clean, they saw me on time & the receptionist was friendly. The DNP was incredibly considerate and took the time to follow the proper procedures instead of rushing to prescribe. She was thorough in reviewing my medical history and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Olga for my Botox treatment! She is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and took the time to explain everything in detail, which made me feel completely at ease. The results were exactly what I was hoping for—natural, refreshed, and subtle. I still look like myself, just more rested and youthful. Dr. Olga has such a calming presence, and you can tell she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face. Highly recommend!
If this clinic has specific requirements for weight or age, that should be clearly stated before allowing patients to register, schedule, and pay for an appointment. I didn’t see any warning that I might not be eligible for treatment. I went in hoping for support with body fat reduction and long-term health goals, but instead I was judged and not taken seriously. I tried losing weight on my own for years with no luck. Decided to give this place a shot and it made a big difference. They gave me a real plan with food advice, meds, and check-ins. First month was rough but I started losing weight pretty quick. The nurse was supportive and didn’t make me feel judged. I’ve dropped 18 pounds in 3 months and still going. It’s not a miracle fix but it works if you follow it. I just wish they had longer hours, sometimes it's hard to get in after work.
