As a female boat owner I was expecting to have to pay higher prices to service my boat. However, at Miami Marine Parts my experience was entirely the opposite! Not only were their prices fair but the service they provided was over the top. I highly recommend Miami Marine Parts to all of my boater friends and they too have experienced superior service. Today was my first time to this store, I was immediately greeted by employees they were all really nice. I was helped by Joe he spent over 3 hours with me giving me very useful and helpful information and ideas for my boat project. He was very professional and made it very easy to understand what he was explaining to me. Even took to time to board me on a boat to explain what he was talking about. Serious People. The deliver results, and when they are delivering, then they run the extra-mile. The Manager of the Shop Julio Castaneda genuinely takes a personal interest in your needs, and he is empathetic when it comes to costs.
Excellent customer service and a great place to do business , the sales reps are so helpful and honest I highly recommend this company . if you need someone to help you. I suggest you to ask for Joey he is very helpful and has a great customer service ethic.
This is a joke of a business, I ordered some parts and of course, paid upfront. Parts were supposed to be in Miami in 10 days, after the 10 days, no parts, they told me that the shipment was delayed 3 more days, I waited the 3 extra days. Parts never arrived. After back and forward decided to cancel the order and get my money back, (good luck with that one), another 10 days and still no refund, you call and this and these guys joandry or julio are never there or available, they always give you the run around after the money ... read more
Horrible experience ordered parts from them and it took them two weeks to tell me that they didn't know what happened. Placed a second order that was supposed to arrive next day and their was another excuse that they lost it. Never called to tell me anything just had to be the one after them. I asked for a refund and they said no problem, had to call again to make sure they did it only to find they hadn't yet. Don't waste your time
