I have had good experiences reserving vans with this company, but unfortunately this company keeps your credit card information on file and will mistakenly charge you thousands of dollars! While away in France, I was assessed two charges on my credit card totaling over $4000!!! We called them right away and were assured that the charges would be reversed. Called to get a quote and the guy was super unprofessional. He was annoyed I had questions and hung up on me. I'd suggest finding an alternative transportation service.

HORRIBLE! They changed their name on Google I assume because of the bad reputation they have. They still owe us over $400 for 2 reservations they did not show up for! 3 months later, still haven’t received anything!
