Pésimo servicio! En esta oficina no conocen el significado de la palabra profesionalidad y eficiencia. Además que tratan a sus clientes como basura y no les importa hacerles perder el tiempo. El que quiera que se le demoren sus trámites legales (habiéndolos pagados), que nunca le devuelvan las llamadas y que sus trabajadoras le mientan sin la menor vergüenza, pues entonces que contraten los servicios de Miami Legal USA. En eso sí que son expertos!

It’s unfortunate that the owner of this business is very unprofessional and unethical, giving appointments out to clients and canceling it the same day. After five call and three texts. At least have consideration of others and give them at least 24 hours in advance letting them know that you are unable to make the appointment or have your staff notify your clients. 0 out of 10 lack of customer service, professionalism, and ethical and playing with peoples money.

They were prompt, courteous, and maintained clear communication, ensuring that I was well-informed at each step of the process. Emails and phone calls were answered in a timely manner, and any questions I had were addressed with thorough explanations.
