The director or person in charge of enrollment named dawn is very rude to parents and children also as for myself she assured me that my son could enroll so yesterday morning I went to enroll him and she said I needed the print out from the scholarship the pays for the service .she made me go get the print out myself even though it can be printed in her office and argued that I had to pay fees even though we were completely covered through the elc so I ride 3 busses over there and back with my son just to be told by her that... read more

Well our experience with Kindercare 2010-2013 has been excellent, I highly recommend it. I am sure the director had a bad day like anyone else. My daughter started Kindergarten with accelerated reading and vocabulary, Thanks to kindercare for making that happen : )

Think twice!!!. After a long research to find the right place for my 2 year old daughter, I was convinced as well as my mother that this was the right place. I was informed to wait until she was almost 2, we did. At that time I called to schedule appointment for registration forms to be filled and fees to be paid. I called in advance to schedule an appointment the director told me it was not necessary.
