Absolutely terrible office management.. every single time I’ve come it’s about 2.5 hours plus of waiting and no more then 20 mins with doctor. Kids trying to coordinate things in the back seem like they can’t . Waiting almost an additional 45 mins just to be able to schedule a procedure. Not sure if there’s an office manager but just a awful experience

My husband fractured two fingers and he was sent from the emergency room to this facility where they were able to see him immediately after ER discharge. The staff members are efficient and very knowledgeable. I found them to be extremely responsive to my husband’s needs. I would recommend this facility to anyone that is in need of their services.

Had surgery with them in the past( around 7 years ago) having issues again and the person at the office has no desire to understand my issue or what happened to the dr that did my surgery Terrible organization and customer service.

I had surgery on my right hand around 6 months ago. My hand STILL hurts, there are days it hurts worse then before surgery. Surgery itself was painful, the recovery was painful as well. They first told me I didn't need therapy. Then I was told I needed therapy but my insurance didn't cover it. So basically I am worse than before. Wish I never had surgery.
