GREAT DOCTORS & NOW HAS THERAPY! Saw Dr. Cortes - He is straight to the point & informed me on my concern I had. (leave a comment below if you want me to share) Got X-Ray done and answered all my questions and advised my comments related to my visit. He showed me the therapy room and introduced me to Jennifer, who I must say was extremely friendly (and busy), who also informed me on what they do and what I could expect with the plan of care for me. Super happy with the treatment on this office, super professional and the best Dr's and staff ever, any hand emergencies you should come to this center.
Perfect all the PA's were wonderful professional.
Absolutely terrible office management.. every single time I’ve come it’s about 2.5 hours plus of waiting and no more then 20 mins with doctor. Kids trying to coordinate things in the back seem like they can’t . Waiting almost an additional 45 mins just to be able to schedule a procedure. Not sure if there’s an office manager but just a awful experience
