I was denied a refund after needing to cancel several hours after booking. Its stated that there is a 24 hour cancelation policy, but the issue is that I made the appointment 13 hours prior. I couldnt have upheld the standards of the policy from the beginning. There should be a better solution to ultimately satisfy the customer, not just the pockets. A pleasantly enjoyable experience that allowed me to escape from the hustle of city-life, and find my inner peace. Stepping into the pod and easing out of your body is one of life's defining moments. In that short span of time, you lose yourself physically. With external to focus on, you just slip deeper and deeper into yourself. Bought a Groupon and I had it scheduled for my girlfriends birthday and we both were really excited about it. Coincidentally I called the morning of our appointment to ask a question and they told me their tubs were out of service. This was very bad and they were not even going to call me and let me know. If I had not called them they were not going to call me and let me know I was very very upset and WILL NEVER GO AGAIN! WASTE of TIME AND MONEY!!! BUYER BEWARE!
