If I could give a negative 100 for customer service I would. Every time You call with a part number to check if they have the product they tell you that they don't have time that you must go there to check if they have the electric part. God forbid you walk out of the building and have to returned it or exchange it. They will charge you a high percentage even for exchanges . I have been going to this place for the past 12 years and the more they grow the nastier they get.
