I cannot say enough good things about the Miami County Veterans Services and the outstanding service they provide to veterans. They have now helped me file claims on two separate occasions, and each time they have been professional, knowledgeable, caring, and incredibly supportive throughout the process. I have also utilized their transportation assistance program for travel to a VA appointment when I was recovering from major neck surgery. A much needed secondary service to our area! What they have done with the business, communication within the community,band advocacy for local veterans needs to be noted as vastly different than years past.
We have used Miami County Veterans Services for shuttle services to the VA for our doctors’ appointments. We find the shuttles on time, efficient and skilled. As Seniors my wife and I appreciate not having to drive to Dayton ourselves. The vans they provide are handicap accessible, clean and comfortable and the drivers are skilled and personable. We always arrive on time for our appointments.

Miami County Veterans Services is one of, if not the best, organization in the entire area. As a veteran, it is truly a blessing to have a local office with amazing staff who want to educate and serve the needs of the local veterans.
