Always helpful and good prices
Ordered a firearm and left a substantial deposit. Delivery date was changed four times and I eventually lost any confidence it would be delivered at all. Requested deposit back, incorrect amount was returned. Staff regularly do not return calls or emails. Would not use store again for any purchase as they do not value their customers.
We visited Mialls on Friday, 12 September 2025 to purchase our first firearms, and Zach was outstanding from the moment we walked in. He was patient, professional, and incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain all the options and suggest great alternatives to suit our needs.
