Pregunté por el costo de la firma corta y me dijeron que cobraban 180.00 después de esperar y esperar la muchacha termino de llenar mi reporte de lis taxes 2024 y me dijo que eran 320.00. Le pregunté que porque y se molestó. Mucha falta de profesionalismo, mal servicio y aparte de eso muy grosera. No recomiendo para nada este lugar, eviten que le roben su dinero y ahórrese un mal rato
Ni en broma hagan los taxes donde está señora , pone su cuenta de banco y te saca $1000 dólares que van para su cuenta , aparte te cobra carísimo $620 dólares por forma larga , es una estafadora pónganse pilas yo ya la reporte al IRS . Ella te da los papeles después de un cierto tiempo para que no te des cuenta que hace varias cositas mal . Apenas los hice con alguien más y me cobró $170 por forma larga . Asco de persona está Jessica . Es una estafadora.

I have been to many tax preparation locations that were unable to assist me or accurately file my taxes. However, when I came to this location, I immediately felt confident in their expertise and knowledge of the most recent tax updates. Terrible place let me warn you don’t ever come here if I could rate this place 0 stars I would they take your money and don’t even file your paperwork they say they do but leave it until they say “they have time” they over charge yet don’t even file nothing and say they are working on it saying they’re super busy they could never answer the phone then they give you a appointment and when you get there have to wait 4-6 hours if you have questions they are never available to answer you just terrible!
