Does the teller need to have a 10+ minute non-banking conversation when they are the only teller. Some of us need to get to work.
Terrible customer service. They don't even try to help you!!! Bank some where else.
Apparently they will write a cashiers check but will not cash it if you're not a bank member/account holder. What does my account status with this bank have to do with the clearing of the cashiers check that they issued? More stupid rules.
