As someone who has worked in banking for 15 years, the customer service is atrocious. I would NEVER treat any customer the way they treat people here. Very disappointing. It's a pain to switch banks but today having such a horrible experience at the drive through it just has to happen. Everyone has bad days but taking it out on a customer who did nothing is unexceptable.
I have been with them for 20 years, I am closing all of my accounts. Terrible service!!!

This is slowly but surely turning into 1 of the worst banks we've ever banked at. We live in PV and the ATM has been down for cash deposits for over a week now. Since the PV branch is closed Saturday, my husband drove all the way to the Prescott branch this morning, arrived at 11:30am and the doors are locked, employees inside, but they won't let him in.
