I had a great experience at this BMO location! I worked with Sophie, she was informative, professional, very welcoming, and she is fluent in Spanish to make banking more accessible. She made the whole experience smooth, like I was grabbing coffee with a friend instead of setting up a bank account! I would highly recommend.
