So very thankful to have been sent to Dr. Victoria Martin-Smith at MHP Lifestyle and Bone Health Medicine. She is very knowledgeable in the field of obesity, and since going there, I have been educated ,striving and committed to making the lifestyle changes I need for overall better health. Dr. Victoria Martin Smith was the very first person who actually listened to me and didn’t assume my situation. She was extremely through and took the time during my appointment without rushing me out the door. I feel very confident with her treatment and plan to continue moving forward.

If you are going to your doctor and other specialists and don't feel heard, Dr. Howard and Ashley Brown, are the people you need to see. They will assess your labs and listen to you before going straight to medications. They are supportive of every step of your wellness journey. I started in September of 2023, and I have lost almost 30 pounds and feel much better. I have a better relationship with food, enjoy exercising, and work on managing my stress and sleep quality.
