I've been going to Rosie at MMH for a few years now and always leave relaxed and refreshed. She customizes the massage to your needs and does a great job.
I typically don't get massages because I do not feel relaxed and enjoy them as much as other people, but the 1 hour deep tissue massage from Rosie was exactly what I needed. She sets a very soothing environment and I am put in a mood of complete relaxation. She is very intuitive and knows how firm to be on each muscle. I now go to Rosie regularly for massages to relieve the tension in my body, and I always leave feeling a million times better than when I walked in. I strongly recommend her to anyone!
Rosie was amazing. Very knowledgable about the muscles that were causing my back and neck pain. Strong too. I will be a repeat customer for sure.
