1sf visit: Extremely insensitive, refuse to give me PT although I was scheduled. Told me “maybe at Glen Burnie” my appointment was here, I confirmed yesterday and when I first walked in. Made me cry for almost a hour. Update: there stuff has Shifted the New MA is extremely attentive, and kind.
