A very poor experience indeed. A family member was discharged from hospital a few weeks ago following a stroke which left them severely disabled. I called initially and was very open about the family members needs, and stated that it would not be sensible to go ahead with a tour of the home unless they could cater to her needs. I was assured they could. Following two visits to the home, two members of staff came to the family members home to carry out an assessment, and advised they would return to speak to the home manager ... read more
