Great personal training session with Matt at DUAL Strength & Fitness in Horsham. He created a considered and challenging workout tailored to my triathlon goals. Particularly liked how he kept the flow of the session going with no down-time other than planned rests. Looking forwards to another session soon!
I started going to Matt for the occasional sports massage, which are fantastic. It is Matt's friendliness and knowledge that sets him apart, so when it came time to find a PT to help me prepare for an ultramarathon, he was my immediate choice. His sessions are tailored to your specific needs and he considers everything. Incredibly supportive and encouraging, I wouldn't be surprised if he did the ultra with me, just to make sure everything was ok!
Matt had previously been my fitness coach; he was great at pushing me when needed. I called him in agony, after going too hard after lockdown in the gym, he fitted me in last minute on a Sunday, what a hero! There and then I booked a course, I knew I was going to return. I have now been to both Seaford and Brighton clinics, both extremely clean (Covid precautions great) and Matt professional and polite as ever.
