When I when I got here to the company on the first day, I was very nervous of doing at least purchase a lease purchase is something that is very serious and requires discipline. I was very nervous of losing money or having to pay a lot of money every week and not making any money on my paycheck, so this company gave me the option of leasing a truck to learn so when I decide to purchase my truck, I will have the knowledge this is what won me over with this company and now I’m here today driving for them thank you all
They are scammers! almost came aboard.. They would not email or send any documentation to confirm they claimed over phone.. > Driver Percentage per load > Average net after deductibles for owner Operators But still expect drivers to attend orientation.... After letting them know they had a very poor review rating as reason asking for confirmation of policy the ironically updated their Own rating LOL... smh I'm done... Your driver in Peoria Il on 3/13/2025 doesn't know how to drive or back up into a dock. Trailer # 5323151. You may want to find a replacement before someone gets hurt or worse. The guy was completely oblivious to everything around him.
Your work ethic is everything. YOU have to work and put your time in! Communication is a key element in any business if you're going to succeed. They are Transparent and welcoming, very fair and helpful! I've made money here. From their terminal to the dispatchers. Great people!
