Theres alot of pros and cons with leasing companies but MGR is one of the better ones. If you have a bad week they will work with you on your check so you can at least bring something home. YOU WILL NEVER BE IN THE HOLE LIKE OTHER COMPANIES . Yea they got all them damn charges but its a leasing company they most like will have them but it is what it is . I don't have to share details because I seriously would be writing All day long! They are Without a doubt the worst company I've ever worked for. I can't stand it! All across the board BAD! Wrong decision on my part coming here. It's been a complete waste of my time. My advice is to stay with the company your with or be a company driver for a normal company like C.R England or something
Updated review: If I can remember correctly started working here around start of 2020 to 2025. There were a few red flags at the beginning but somehow I'm a very patient person and continued to work with them. Even leased a truck with them. Things started going very well and I had high hopes. But then, the company started becoming greedy and kept on cranking up the numbers for the deductions. Honestly here's my pro and con list for the this company Pro - this company always answers the phone, I never have to wait on anything even overnights - dispatchers here understand the game, they do there best to help you and they actually work with you on whatever you need -they leave you alone. They don't call u everyday asking if your okay, they let you do your thing after you prove your a great driver - if you screw up they will always have your back even if your in the wrong, hell I've screwed up a few times and they al... read more
Bad Bad bad Bad and just BAD .. switch and bait game they play .. advertise one thing and when you get to orientation at YOUR own expense it’s all different.. rates , fees , truck payment , everything. I got a .15c check deposit my second week . After all of their bills were deducted.. fortunately for me my previous company was only half a mile away .
