I really hate having to write this, but I need to be honest about my experience. I walked out of this salon absolutely devastated by my haircut and color. My bangs were completely ruined, choppy, uneven, and way shorter than anything I asked for. I specifically said I wanted soft face framing pieces, and instead I left with botched bangs that will take months to grow out. I’ve been coming to MGM here since 2021 and it’s the best decision I have made. My hair got healthier and looked so much better! People always asked me “oh who did your hair?” Amela is hands down the best! She takes her time and listen to your needs. I never felt rushed, always welcoming feeling. I had an amazing hydrafacial with Sania and I can confidently say she is incredible at what she does. This was my second time seeing her (I first went last year), and I came back because I knew my skin really needed a deep, thorough cleanse—and she absolutely delivered. She truly treats your skin like a full reset, almost like a plumbing for your face. I’ve been to MGM Hair Studios twice now and I can truly say I’m not changing my hair salon ever again. Amela and her staff are absolutely wonderful — they listen, they are patient, and they really care about the result. Both times I left feeling so confident and beautiful. The atmosphere is clean, calm and welcoming, and the service feels personal, not rushed. I’m already excited for my next appointment 🥰 Highly recommend!
