I ordered a Classic Uji Matcha. The menu on DoorDash said that the drink comes with whipped cream, so I ordered it because I wanted the whipped cream. But when the drink arrived, there was no whipped cream. I called the store to ask if they forgot to add the whipped cream. The store told me they did not forget, but that if the drink is ordered through DoorDash, they do not add whipped cream because it will not taste good. Isn’t this crazy? Horrible customer service and mediocre drinks. Lids of the hot drinks are never on tight and has tendency to spill everywhere.
