My husband and I built a new construction and we were told that this was a great firm to utilize for closing on our house. I would NEVER recommend this company. • our closing attorney LEFT through the process so he could continue working with his next 2 appointments. our appointment was at 12 and he left at 12:45. If I could give less than one star I would. Dennis does not seem to know how to do his job very well and will not represent both parties equally. He did not even know who he was representing and did not even read the real estate contract all the way through. He is careless and unprofessional and clearly just out to make a buck or two. Don't use unless you like wasting time.

My wife and I left this office feeling uncertain as to whether we actually closed on our house. That should say enough.
