Don't recommend this place. Had a appointment at 6:30pm on April 6 2026. Got there at 5:30pm just letting them know im here. But they told me the person I'll be working with is Brenda Castillo. But she had a had a family emergency. I got a hold of her later and she said she handler everything over the phone because of miscommunication. We booked a tax return preparation appointment 10 days in advance based on a friend’s recommendation. On the day of the appointment, we messaged the staff 30 minutes beforehand to let them know we would be about five minutes late due to traffic. When we arrived, no one was there. Another office told us to message the consultant again and wait in the lobby, which my wife did. We waited over 30 minutes with no response. The girl that work there she's really disrespectful. Charge you more than eat she say and she talk bad to me I don't recommend this place for anyone. They are so trash. And they talk trash to you. Worst services that I ever received I my all life.
