Have been doing taxes with Mark for years, communication has always been an issue but I always let it slide. Set up an appointment right away. I even got a text message to confirm my appointment and I said yes. I then got a confirmation saying I’m all set. Never got a call, never got a text. Never got anything. I called his cellphone, sent text messages and left voicemails at his office…NOTHING.. This was the last straw. Won’t ever work with again.

An absolute horrible experience with Mark. Incorrectly claimed credits on 2 years returns even though as a tax practitioner he should have known I was not eligible. When I had to pay the fines for his error, he only would pay the interest and then ignored all forms of communication for over a month now. You are better off using anyone else but Mark, considering how much he charges for returns filled with errors.
