I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Michael Rubin. I paid him to serve someone via WhatsApp, which he did. Everything seemed fine until my court date. The judge rejected the affidavit of service that Michael submitted, stating that he incorrectly marked the person as served in person, even though it was done through WhatsApp. As a result, the judge had to reschedule the hearing, and I now have to serve the person again. I’ve had the unfortunate pleasure of being a repeat customer for over a year. Michael has completed every job in a timely matter, even the tricky ones. He is always the professional and always up for a challenge. When the court mishandled documents, Michael went above and beyond to communicate with them to ensure they received the affidavit. I wish I didn’t have to call him so often but I know when I do, he’s going to push my papers exactly where they need to go.
I needed papers served on short notice and they got it done! I was able to send him everything electronically! Not only professional, but very kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding. I hope I don't have to serve anyone papers again, but if I do, I'm using Paper Pushers.
Highly recommend. Michael was extremely helpful, friendly and readily available when I had any questions. His guidance made everything easy. He served papers promptly and kept me in the loop. Will be using them going forward anytime I need a process server. Thank you all!
