Mark took on my case, then completely disappeared. Many requests to contact him have gone unanswered or with promise to reach back to me later and no follow through. I received a bill after him disappearing on me and paid it on time but still received no communication from him on where my case was currently at, what the next steps are, or even why he is unable to get in touch with me. Thoroughly disappointed.
