This was an incredible experience. I needed a hearing test on an urgent basis and they got me in very quickly. They took me early. The test was efficient. They were very friendly. Explained everything to me. These guys are the best.

My mother has been a customer for several years and since moving to a Retirement Residence Irena came to her residence with all the equipment to test her hearing, recommended a suitable hearing aid, came back to make sure it was working and comfortable, designed a string to attach to her top to prevent it falling and Mom is so happy and hearing better than ever. Thanks to Irena and her gentle nature and professional knowledge my Mom's life has improved. She is 102.
Only one word can describe MG Hearing Clinic - FANTASTIC. Staff is very accommodating, and courteous. Irena, my audiologist, is extremely knowledgeable, soft spoken, and caring. Irena takes her time, and will do her utmost to make sure, the hearing aids fit perfectly and the patient is satisfied with outcome. I would give her 10 stars, if possible.
Yesterday, I went into MG Hearing in Vaughan to get fitted with my new Phonak Infinio Audeo Sphere i90 hearing aids. This was after going in for a full hearing test. Irena had submitted the necessary paperwork to my doctor and to OHIP on my behalf. The new hearing aids were fitted and "fine-tuned" for my unique hearing loss.
