Wonderful advocate for the benefits section. Thank you so much you beautiful human. The housing folks though, may as well be in the pockets of the landlords. They’ll spend more time arguing with you why they can’t help you rather then just trying to be a bit helpful. Really disappointing. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this legal service. They helped me get legal guardianship of my granddaughter. Ms Javeria Hashmi was empathetic polite friendly but over extremely professional and knowledgeable of her profession. I should have done this review long ago.
The quality of legal representation provided to tenants in housing matters has been profoundly disappointing. At times, the conduct of this firm gives the impression of alignment with landlord interests, rather than advocacy on behalf of their tenant clients. The responsiveness and overall efficiency in handling even the most basic aspects of client communication—such as answering case-related questions—has been virtually nonexistent.
