I have received help from this organization years ago when I applied for DREI, a rent freeze program. i received nothing but kindness and help.
Deplorable service. They called from a blocked number like a scammer, never answers the phone and Jason Bloomberg has a phone number just to troll people. What is the purpose of referring these clowns if they NEVER answer or follow-up with you. NYS Bar Association and Court System needs to look into this!

It’s been 6 months since I submitted my first set of documents and 3 months since I submitted my second set of the same documents. I can’t get in touch with Peter. The only time the hotline is open is Wednesdays from 2-4 and some Wednesdays they’re closed. Several times Peter had promised to contact me and email me next steps and I’ve yet to hear from him. Big waste of my time.
